Welcome to the Client Finance Portal
This portal will let you view financial documents for yourself or someone who receives care arranged by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, at home, in the community or in a residential/nursing home.
You need to register to use the portal. We will need to approve your request for access before you can view any documents.

What does registration involve?
Registration has 3 steps:
- Get login details
Click the button above to create a login name and password. You will be directed to another page to do this. You will need to verify your email address and we will issue a code for this. - Request Access
Use your login details to sign in as directed. You will then be asked to provide your contact details and, if requesting access to another person's documents, that person's details. Your request for access will be sent to Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council for review. You may be required to verify your relationship to the person that you are requesting access for. - Sign In
Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council will notify you by email when your request for access is approved. You can then return to this page and sign in using your login details to view the documents.
Is my information safe?
The Client Finance Portal requires identifying information about you and, if requesting access to another person's documents, about that person. Your the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations). Please view our Privacy notice for more detailed information.
